It´s been a different year in which we have learned to do things a little differently, however, doing what makes you happy is the most important thing. For this new year that begins it is an opportunity to do what you have long wished to improve, venture into and explore different activities.
Today we invite you to take the initiative to do things that sound challenging, but that will help you improve and grow as a person.
Which are your goals for 2022?
Study, travel, get married, well there are many answers and here we give you 18 more ideas that you can add to your list.
- Visit a truly exotic place where you feel you are in paradise.
- Run a half marathon and prove to yourself that impossible goals divided into small tasks are easy to achieve.
- Learn to cook beyond rice, potatoes and steak that you make daily. Watch videos, attend cooking classes and learn how to prepare dishes that impress.
- Invest time in knowing your family tree.
- Get out of your comfort zone and parachute.
- Go to a party in another city where you don’t know anybody and enjoy your time alone.
- Learn to prepare your favorite beverages, cocktails, try new beers and learn about new combinations.
- Speak at an event, ask the question no one wants to ask, lose the fear of public speaking.
- They say that those who have not dived have not seen the most beautiful part of the world.
- On your next vacation to a foreign country, plan a day without no map or location.
- Walk up a mountain.
- Wake up early, prepare yourself a coffee and watch the sunrise in silence.
- Sign up for a course on a subject you have no idea about, that has nothing to do with your professional field.
- Start to exercise.
- Volunteer in your city or abroad.
- Plan a solo trip.
- Do not let your life go by without attending a world event like the Olympics, the Soccer World Cup.
- Instead of staying in hotels, stay at shared hostels. You will meet people who in no other way will cross your life.
For this new year that will begin, we have goals and new opportunities to improve. As they say, a new year is an opportunity to change your life.
