Initially, the service portfolio is well defined and delimited, and from there, the different work teams are deployed to execute and support the different business lines. Our clients are accompanied and well guided throughout the entire process, from the beginning with the formalization of the service, subsequently in the implementation, start-up, and continuity phase throughout the business relationship cycle with Grupo STT.
The client, with guidance and the instructions and templates shared by STT, completes and shares the data that must be migrated to STT’s calculation systems. It is validated that the data is consistent, correct, and complete.
All the above information is transferred to STT’s systems. The environment is prepared, and all the client’s payroll elements are configured. Once the previous step is completed, the parallel run exercise is carried out with the client’s current payroll to compare and make the required adjustments. The process is assumed in its entirety; standard time for this phase is 2 months.
