Personal data retention period

Personal Data will be processed and retained for as long as necessary and for the purpose for which they were collected, unless the applicable regulation requires a longer retention period.

Grupo STT may retain Personal Data for an additional period when the data subject gives consent to such processing, as long as this consent remains in force. Once the retention period has expired, personal data must be deleted.
